community service through teaching yoga, Ayosea is very involved in the
San Diego yoga community.

SilverAge
Yoga. Classes are available at NO COST
to seniors at various locations listed on the website. Founder Frank Iszak describes his vision:

wife Serpil and I have studied and taught Yoga for over twenty years.
Two years ago, at the
age of 70, I decided to bring the wonderful benefits of Yoga that I experienced
to seniors who could not afford to pay for classes. Silver Age Yoga trains
certified Yoga teachers in techniques specific to seniors. They donate their
time." |
